  • Is Teeth Whitening safe? Who can get this?
Teeth whitening is generally considered safe when done properly and under the guidance of a Professional. The right candidate has no Teeth issues such as Cavities, Disease, or Restorations. Teeth Whitening is not recommended for Pregnant or Lactating women. This Cosmetic Treatment can cause temporary Tooth sensitivity or gum irritation in some cases but each client is different. If you are unsure if your teeth are healthy, It is recommended to consult with your dentist before undergoing any Teeth whitening treatment to ensure it is appropriate for your specific dental health.
  • What's the minimum age requirement for Teeth Whitening?
Teeth Whitening for kids should be approached with caution, as the use of whitening products at a young age may lead to sensitivity and potential oral health issues. It is recommended to wait until all "baby teeth" have fallen out and permanent teeth have come in before considering. Additionally, waiting until a child is at least 14 years old ensures that their teeth are fully formed and reduces the risk of sensitivity and other complications.
  • Aftercare - How do I maintain my Teeth Whitening Results?
To maintain white teeth after a teeth whitening treatment, it's important to practice good oral hygiene. This includes brushing your teeth twice a day with a whitening toothpaste, flossing daily, avoiding smoking, and avoiding acidic and stain-causing foods and beverages such as coffee, tea, and lemon, red wine as much as possible especially after the first 24-48 hours. Additionally, regular dental check-ups and professional cleanings can help keep your teeth white by removing any surface stains.
  • Who can get non-invasive Lip Enhancement? Is it safe
Lip filler with our needle-free device is typically suitable for individuals over 18yrs old who desire fuller lips and are in "good health". There are individuals who may not be suitable candidates. This may include those who are pregnant or breastfeeding, individuals with active cold sores or infections in the lip area, taking blood thinners, individuals with autoimmune disorders or uncontrolled diabetes, and those with a known allergy to the ingredients... We use 100% Natural Hyaluronic acid Filler with Lidocaine numbing. If you have any of these health concerns, we require that you consult with a qualified healthcare professional and get a clearance letter to determine if Lip filler is appropriate for you. Despite the controversy, YES this is safe and we are highly skilled and knowledgeable with both Lip anatomy and using the device! I've seen less bruising and scarring using my needle-free device vs. the lips I have seen online and in person that were done by needles at the doctors office - That does not mean you shouldn't go that route, to each it's own as we all have a preference.
  • Pre-care for my lip Enhancement?
Pre-care for your lips is also important. Please drink lots of water to stay hydrated as the filler bonds to H20. Do not drink alcohol or take blood thinner medications for at least 12-24 hours before your appointment. Please make sure your lips are moisturized and there is no peeling as it can interfere with the results and cause pain. You could use a lip mask and a healing lip cream.
  • Aftercare for my Lip Enhancement?
Aftercare for Lip filler includes drinking lots of Water ( Hyaluronic Acid bonds to H20 ), avoiding coffee for 1-2 days, avoiding strenuous exercise or activities for 1 day after the procedure, avoiding excessive heat or sun exposure for 2 days, refraining from smoking or drinking alcohol for 1-2 days, and being cautious when eating or drinking to avoid any trauma to the lips. You will want to come back for a 2nd session then for touch-ups as needed once you are healed to maintain your desired look (please read "How many sessions do I need"). It is also recommended to keep the lips moisturized with a scent free lip oil or balm.
  • How many sessions do I need for Lips?
When it comes to Needle-free Filler, the very first session is your 1st Base Layer also known as your introduction, your lips will be a bit swollen and will come down. It is recommended after healing to come back for a second fill (2-3 weeks after first fill) for your desired look then you can book your touch ups as needed. You can decide how much filler you want to start with but I only recommend the .5 for touch ups since its such a small amount. Example: First session you book 1ML, then 2nd session 1ml, then touch up .5! The Filler should last 6-10 months, however please remember the way your body holds the filler is based on your everyday lifestyle such as how much coffee/alcohol you consume, your Metabolism, diet, medications, smoking habits.
  • Type of Fillers?
Dermal fillers can be categorized based on their resorption time: Biodegradable fillers containing hyaluronic acid, which dissolve over time. Semi-permanent filler containing calcium hydroxyapatite and polylactic acid, which slowly dissolve. Permanent fillers made of "bio-gel" and silicone that do not dissolve, remaining in the body indefinitely. Two categories of the best dermal fillers, based on their mechanism of action: Volumizers, which are injectable treatments used to smooth wrinkles plus sculpt the face. Stimulants, comprising substances that encourage connective tissue formation.
  • I have small white bumps.... help
Deep breath - that is actually normal. These are called benign Fordyce spots which are tiny light yellow or white colored oil glands. They are there before filler but appear more after the filler is injected. We don't typically notice them or look too deep until they are there and it is completely normal to be concerned about it. Just know that you are fine and there is no concerns. If you are insecure about it, I would suggest to not get this service done as it can take a while for them to go back to normal or they may never go away - each case is always different.
  • Do I need a special state or federal license?
Nope! To take our online courses you do NOT need a special License. However, just like with most careers, you would need to look into your state and local guidelines to operate a legitimate business in Teeth Whitening or anything related. We suggest you look into your states Board of Dentistry before you file for a business license, and make sure you are following the exact rules and regulations before taking any clients. You do not want to take any chances or get fined or worse because you were too excited and in a hurry to get started! We do highly recommend you get a business license and sellers permit before you get started so that you are organized, gain trust with clients, and can pay taxes. If you do need to obtain a License, you can still take a course after to learn everything you need to know and may not have learned previously.
  • Is Teeth Whitening profitable?
Good question... YES! The profit margin for Teeth Whitening services with our company are almost 90%. If you have a reputable supplier, and keep your clients returning, and a marketing plan intact, you can make high profits, too. It is important to have realistic expectations when you are starting a business.
  • Do I need a LLC to start my business?
No - you do not need to file your business entity as Limited Liability Company. However, we recommend filing for your LLC to start your business as this a safe and cheap business structure and puts less liability on YOU. For example; An LLC in Minnesota costs about $160 from the Secretary of State. After you file the LLC, you will then obtain your sellers permit/FEIN number and state tax ID (this can be done same day). Please do research on these steps if you are confused, since we are not financial or tax advisors. The process is pretty easy, it's only stressful if you overthink it!
  • When and how will I get my Certificate?
Once your course is successfully completed, you will receive your signed certificate via email within 3-5 days otherwise, if you would like us to print and mail it, it will take 7-10 days. Please provide us your shipping address in the checkout notes or after the course is complete otherwise you will receive the digital certif. The physical one will have a golden sticker for completion which might be a better option if you are looking to hang it up on your wall!
