Cancellation Policy

BOOKING POLICIES: Please note a $30.00 Deposit is required for all services. The booking fee goes toward Traveling costs for Livi to set up at your Location, and goes toward the Total balance. To reschedule or cancel your appointment, please make changes at least (24) hours or more Prior to appointment time. If you do not, you will forfeit the full booking deposit and our booking site will not allow you to make changes otherwise. If I need to cancel or reschedule, I will also contact you 24 hours in advance and refund the full deposit. Please use the confirmation email/text your received to reschedule or Cancel, otherwise, you can email, text, or call us directly. The set up time takes approximately 10 minutes, please make sure there is a clean and quiet space that we can set up our folding beauty bed (7FT). Pets and children in the home are perfectly okay but may prolong your service time. NOTE: If you Book for the next day, please be mindful that you are now within the 24 hours, please contact me at least 2 hours after booking to reschedule/cancel, otherwise I cannot make exceptions and you will lose the full booking deposit. *In Person Trainings*: Your $250.00 deposit is required 7 days or more before the class date. This deposit guarantees your seat and reflects the preparation and material it takes to create your class kit, certificate, etc. If you book less than 7 days from the time of the Training, it may be cancelled and refunded. Class Deposits are *NON-REFUNDABLE*. You can certainly make changes and transfer your deposit to another Training date within 48 hours after booking - If you have questions please contact me immediately. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, please let us know so that we can go accordingly. Please keep in mind there are others attending in-person trainings and this can effect the entire class. If you no-show, the entire deposit will be kept and the remaining balance will not be owed. Please plan accordingly for your training, especially if you are traveling far, as we take no responsibility for you being late.
